Pour la deuxième année consécutive, le Département des Arts de la Scène de l’UGAB France menait sur 5 jours le programme « AGBU Discovers Talents » en soutien aux nouvelles générations de musiciens en Arménie, à Erevan et Gumri. A l’issue d’un concours qui réunissait des étudiants de 5 à 25 ans dans les locaux de l’UGAB Arménie, le jury international a décerné aux meilleurs talents des prix financiers, donné des masterclasses et prêté des instruments de grande qualité. Les nouveautés de cette seconde édition sont la création par l’UGAB France d’une véritable « Banque d’instruments », l’opportunité donnée aux meilleurs de jouer lors d’un concert avec l’Orchestre Philharmonique d’Arménie et l’extension du programme à la ville de Gumri.
